Nonna Pip's Biscotti
My Nonna made these cookies all the time and would give a bag to each of her 6 grandchildren. We would always look forward to that bag of cookies!! These cookies were always made with love which made them taste that much better. Sadly, Nonna is no longer with us, but she leaves behind (along with many life lessons), the tradition of her legendary 'Biscotti di Casa' to carry on.
